America, we have a problem. As you know, we do not have our Autobahn, yet. To make American Autobahn a reality, we must be proactive. This means more than mere "voting" (AKA gambling by "slot machine" - "the House always wins") or wishful daydreaming, since never has any American been allowed to vote for anything to do with speed limits or highway safety. The following information is for drivers and citizens who demand Freedom and refuse slavery—and are willing to do whatever it takes to prevent a full-blown Police State—before it's too late! This is not only an American challenge. Even the German Autobahn faces extinction as "violating" the oxymoronic "Free Trade" laws of the European Union, just as Germany's Deutchmark was replaced by the "Eurodollar" on January 1, 2002. Those at the top of the Pyramid Scheme who dream of absolute power are shooting for what President George Bush Sr—former "United Nations" (UN) ambassador, former ambassador to China, former chairman of the Republican Party during Watergate, former director of the Central Intelligence Agency (US secret police)—officially called a "New World Order" in his State of the Union Address on January 29, 1991 (plus 17 other occasions). Adolph "Hitler" Shicklegruber (of Jewish Rothchild dynasty) first coined the term NWO in his NAZI Germany (NWO does not discriminate when it comes to theft and genocide). In other words, a "New World Order" (AKA "UN") is an unelected, unaccountable, world-wide Police-State dictatorship on the level of Hitler, Stalin and Mao, with a handful of multi-national Monopoly Men pulling the strings—and pulling US manufacturing plants out of USA to boost their profits, kill our economy, trade our British-bank "Federal" Reserve Notes for devalued "Amerinotes" (the US Treasury has been out of the money business for 90 years - and the United States has been bankrupt since 1933 when it gave all its gold in Fort Knox to the "Fed" along with a million-dollar indebtedness for each citizen) and wage war on the middle class (one way or another), all for the profit of their global plantation ($1-Billion-per-day is hemoraged by "our" US government to foreign bankers as INTEREST on the national debt). The so-called North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) merely creates a one-way "sucking sound" (as Ross Perot described it), otherwise known as NASTA - the North American Slave Trade Agreement, where the only grown in American manufacturing is in prison slave labor (and prevents Mexicans from needing driver licenses, citizenship, or visas). Thanks to the World Trade Organization (WTO met in New York City in January 2002), Communist China already has more authority over US "Free Trade" than the US Congress has (and sells us 83% of our "American" flags, manufactures Boeing airliners and made Walmart the largest multi-national corporation in the world). Ford Motor Company lost $5.5-Billion in 2001—so I guess they had better close all their factories in USA and move to China or Mexico, where governments have no environmental laws and no pesky minimum wage (and in China, no "voting" rights). A sad state of the union, unless your dream is to work in China or Mexico and live in a cardboard shack. Even US cops and soldiers are now finding out that their beloved pensions were stolen by their "superiors" and stashed in offshore bank accounts. (NYPD's pension fund lost half a billion dollars by the bankrupting and looting of ENRON, Florida Inc. employees lost 350-million in pension funds, Pentagon vets lost $3-Trillion in past 3 years thanks to ENRON's Mexican Jumping Bank Accounts and 6,000 offshore "shell" accounts—while the US president, vice president, half of US Congress and hundreds of state legislators were on their payrole - and yes, U.S. Inc. is just as bankrupt as Enron.)
NATO and UN soldiers are already "helping" our loving Pentagon prepare to shoot down US airliners and set up road blocks in USA, and even practice disarming US cops during traffic stops while US cops kill US soldiers during traffic stops. Try talking your way out of a speeding ticket with a "traffic cop" who can't even speak English, who doesn't want to learn English and who is aiming a machine gun. And, the next generation of electric Robocars will have mandatory 24/7 GPS tracking ("to control ze terrorism") and automated kill switches to control ze "speeders"—and everyone else that Orwell's Big Bully says owes him for our own "protection". Every generation gets to fight this battle and now it's our turn, but never has this greed been so close to reality. If the "Globalists" win, speeding tickets will be the least of our worries. It has been a long time since the accident claimed the life of a young mother of two and injured two other people. They stood in front of a judge charged Tuesday with drag racing because of their participation and with neglect of duty and willful failure to uphold and enforce the law. The issue is whether or not Detroit even has jurisdiction. These officers have said they sat inside the Lincoln Park city limits watching what was going on. They are taking the position that Detroit has no authority to charge them, because they could not have committed a crime in Lincoln Park when the crime was actually, they say, in Detroit. John Goldbaugh, who is representing the officers in the $25 million wrongful death suit filed by the survivors of the woman who was killed, and their criminal attorney, representing the officers in the charges, are angry that they are even being charged because he says there is really nothing to this and it isn't fair. One of the prosecutors' key witnesses provided videotape evidence that was shown to Channel 7 and ultimately sold to another TV station that aired it. The tape shows the race and the two police cars with officers doing nothing but blaring rap music to entertain the crowd. They are also being charged with drag racing on the premise that they aided and abetted the race. More serious charges of second-degree murder are being lodged against Erin Reynolds. Testimony puts him behind the wheel of the Mustang drag racer that actually struck and killed one young mother and injured two men, all said to be innocent bystanders not involved with the race. "If we get any more organizers, we're going to charge them with second-degree murder. If you participate in a drag race in any way and injuries result, you are are just as legally responsible as the driver who actually struck the bystanders." DETROIT NEWS, MAY 7, 2000 - Board to crack down on drag races. Commission considers ordinance allowing seizure, impoundment of vehicles and fines. "This isn't about kids on the street racing their cars. This is very serious business," said Ben Washburn, attorney for the Wayne County Commission. "These cars aren't something people want to lose. These cars are worth as much as $100,000." The county commission had a public hearing last week on the proposed ordinance, which is similar to laws used to target illegal drug sales and prostitution. Often, hundreds of people congregate in secluded areas of the city to watch the races during the summer. Aside from the dangers involved, drag racing presents a nuisance to residents, and police have successfully pushed for tougher laws against the sport. A 24-year-old Detroit man died Tuesday from injuries sustained during a drag race. A second racer, aged 20, was rushed to Detroit Receiving Hospital, where he was treated for a concussion. The two cars involved in the accident - a 1984 Oldsmobile and a 1983 Pontiac [worth slightly less than $100,000] - were racing about 11 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Lynch and French on the city's east side when both cars crashed into a dirt hill near a Detroit City Airport fence. When police officers arrived at the scene, they found the Oldsmobile sitting upside down on top of the hill. Doe] and i am the proud owner of a 00 tricked out r-1. yesterday morning i witnessed two state patrol officers with a XXXX county sheriff pull past posted signs at my residence of 14 acres. they parked and virtually stole the tag off my r-1 (video survaillence shows trooper parker remove tag). my wife left to the store in her car and was stopped, issued ticket for "too dark of tint" and questioned as to my whereabouts. approx an hour later the trooper returned, kicked in my front door and searched my residence, yet bike and myself was gone... i contacted trooper XXXXXX via cell phone, gave me his number, friendly and courteous. i was informed that he had been out-run 5 times in two different counties within two weeks, that he was issuing citations to me for these offences... 22 citations to be exact. however, the tag he stole had been altered with black electrical tape (X was turned into an X, X into X and X into X) so the actual reality was that tag was never ran... i turned myself in and was nicknamed "the motorcycle bandit", yet i am not stating guilt nor am i gonna lie and deny guilt to another bike lover. i'll simply say my body was never captured doing crimes i am accussed of. i am a truck driver by trade and several of these tickets ruin my driving career, like "speeding in excees of 140" (all SP radar reads is 140), 5 counts "fleeing and ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE??????", STOP SIGNS, LANE CHANGES, JUMPING COUNTIES, ETC. MY ATTORNEY ACTUALLY LAUGHED AND STATED THEY don't have any chance in hell convicting a man they never caught. i turned myself in to the XXXX county jail and bonded out last night. it cost me so far $795 cash... i didn't know that if you run from a cop in, say, blue county, if you cross into red county it's another "eluding" charge. SUPERBIKE, MARCH 2000 - Editors: "Mr XXX is you. Hey, he's me. He's all of us. He's a 30-something bloke with a decent job, a mortgage and a bike. The Fireblade is paid for, it's insured, taxed and he's never been in trouble with the law. But this man just served 2 months in prison alongside drug dealers and murderers. His crime? 'Speeding'. If you think it could never happen to you, think again...." Mr XXX: "We were hacking down a stretch of dual carriageway. It was a 70 limit. I guess we were doing about a ton, but we weren't going mad. The coppers were in an unmarked car. One of them lept out and he was well pissed off. He even had his baton out. - I thought he was going to twat me one. He yelled at me to get my lid off, but I said no way, not until he put the baton away. After that I was bundled into the back of the car, cautioned and shown the video. It showed them behind another car doing 110mph [illegally and without emergency lights or siren] for a few minutes before I came past. Why they hadn't already pulled him I don't know. As soon as I went by they gave up on the car immediately. The cops had followed me for a couple of miles [40 seconds] but hadn't gotten a precise speed on me - they were at 150mph flat-out but I was still pulling away a bit. It was another 6 months before the summons finally turned up - prosecuted for [alleged] 'dangerous driving'. I got myself a solicitor and pled 'not guilty'. I was 'speeding' but my riding wasn't dangerous. Even the copper who nicked me said it was smooth. Over the next 5 months I was in court 7 times. My case finally came up at a Crown court with a jury. Because of this I had to fork over for a barrister ('trial lawyer'). By the time I went to prison I had spent 3 grand ($4,500) on legal bills. When I was nicked I had stopped immediately and been polite to the cops. I had a solicitor with me in court, wore my best suit and was humble and respectful the whole time. I was given 5 months in prison, banned from driving for 3 years and was fined £400. And I got a criminal record as a bonus. I was loaded in a van and taken straight from court to prison. A lot of the blokes there were lifers, in for stuff like murder, armed robbery, drug and sex offenses. Hard drugs like crack and heroin were readily availible. In the first 2 weeks, 15 blokes got cut with knives and another 12 got 'jugged' - covered in boiling water mixed with sugar so it stickes to the skin ['like napalm sticks to kids']. The prison officers didn't care what I was in for and treated me like shit. As far as they were concerned I was scum. I spent 23 hours a day in my cell and read a lot of books. Did you know it costs [taxpayers] a grand a week ($1,500) to keep someone inside? I was let out early but have to wear a [radio-controlled] security tag until the full term. It's locked on my ankle and my house is full of sensors. The cops know where I am all the time. I have to come home by 7pm and can't leave again until 7am. When I'm at home I can't go outside.My mum still thinks I must be lying to her that my only crime was speeding. She reckons I must have crashed and killed someone to get the punishment I have. I'm disgusted with our legal system and have lost any faith I had in cops or courts.I read in the paper today that about a lad in a car who knocked a girl off her motorbike. She lost part of her leg as a result and he was fined £30 ($45) and no points. It's fucked up. What else can you call it?" The findings came as a surprise, NHTSA officials said. "It exploded some of the- myths of where the problems lie in motorcycles," said Rae Tyson of the- NHTSA. Preliminary statistics for 2000 showed motorcycle crashes have steadily- increased over the past three years. In the year 2000 alone, deaths on motorcycles increased 8 percent, to 2,680 fatalities.- One reason cited was the increase in the number of motorcycles on the road -- sales increased by 51 percent between 1997 and 1999. In 1998, when 43.7- percent of owners were over 40 and the average age was 38, older riders for the- first time made up the majority of those killed in motorcycle crashes.- Since 1990, deaths for the 29-and-under age group have been steadily declining.- In 1999 the average age of a person killed on a motorcycle was 36.5 years.- Older riders tend to do almost everything by the book, the report found. American Motorcyclist Association: "You're driving along U.S. Route 321 in Tennessee, and you see a billboard designating it the 'Terry Barnard Memorial Highway.' Those billboards, erected by the AMA, are a response to the decision by state legislators in Tennessee to name a nearby stretch of Interstate 140 after the late Sen. Carl Koella. Koella may have served the state well for many years, but in 1996 he was involved in a hit-and-run accident that resulted in the death of motorcyclist Terry Barnard [an engineer for GM]. Koella turned his van left into the path of Barnard's motorcycle on Route 321 near where the AMA's billboards are located. The motorcyclist tried to avoid a crash, but he hit the side of the van, then ran into a car stopped behind it. As Terry Barnard lay dying by the side of the road, witnesses said Koella stopped, got out of his van, looked around, then drove away. He later pleaded no contest to leaving the scene of a fatal accident. The AMA does not oppose appropriate actions honoring Koella's long career in public office, but naming a highway after a driver who left a man dying in the road is more than just an insult -- it's outrageous." Now that dump-the-beer dragnet has caught the president's daughter for the second time this year. In October 1995, 16-year-old Sarah Gore was caught by Maryland police with an open can of beer. "She broke our rules, and she broke the law. She's extremely miserable and unhappy," Tipper Gore told the local Fox affiliate. Roger Clinton makes reckless driving plea in DWI stakeoutCNN News, August 8, 2001 - In a deal that spares him jail time, Roger Clinton pleaded guilty Tuesday to a non-alcohol-related charge of reckless driving. As part of the deal, the three initial charges -- two counts of drunken driving and one for disturbing the peace -- were dismissed. Clinton, who is the half-brother of former President Bill Clinton, could have faced a maximum 270 days in prison on those charges. Torrance Superior Court Judge Jesse Rodriguez sentenced Clinton to 24 months probation and ordered him to pay a fine of $1,351. In addition, the judge said he must report any new arrests within five days and that he must stay at least 100 yards away from the Lighthouse nightclub in Hermosa Beach, CA, where the incident began. The judge also said Clinton must not operate a vehicle with any amount of alcohol in his system, and he can't refuse an alcohol or drug test if requested by police. Clinton attorney, Mark Geragos, said his client is "extremely pleased" with the outcome. "It's a vindication of what we've said all along -- that it was a setup," said Geragos. The charge stems from a February 17 incident in which Clinton was accused of scuffling with a doorman at the Lighthouse, where he allegedly had drinks, and then left in a car. He was followed by police and charged with two counts of DUI. Geragos said he presented an audio tape to the judge that contained four of the seven arresting officers talking about his arrest 45 minutes beforehand. "Before he was even driving, they were staking him out," said Geragos. Roger Clinton was one of 140 people pardoned by his brother in the last days of the Clinton presidency. The younger Clinton had been convicted of a cocaine drug charge in Arkansas in 1985, while his brother was the state's governor. ALERT! By late morning, Wigington said, the two-person crew had installed six signs in about 10 miles of FM 529 from Barker-Cypress Road to the Waller County line. The previous speed limit there was 70 mph, he said. Signs did not need changing on FM 529 east of Barker-Cypress, Wigington said, because the speed limit there was already 55. With that segment completed, he said, the crew moved to a 16-mile segment of FM 2920 from U.S. 290 to Tomball. Through February, the changeover will not proceed on a rigid schedule, so motorists on farm-to-market and state roads should be alert to the change. For most drivers, the big adjustment in behavior -- if not attitude -- will come March 4-8 when the changeout moves to local freeways. That may hit many like a bucket of ice water: Over much of the Houston freeway system, cars and trucks routinely zip along at 70 mph or higher when traffic conditions allow, and sometimes when they don't. The Texas Transportation Commission approved the 55-mph speed limit Dec. 13 as part of a plan developed by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission to bring the eight-county region into compliance with federal ozone standards by 2007. The plan is facing challenges, including some from environmentalists who claim it won't achieve that goal. Officials of Fort Bend, Brazoria and Montgomery counties, all with fast-growing suburbs and residents who commute to jobs in Houston, sued the TNRCC in January 2001, contending their counties are unfairly blamed for the area's pollution problems. Montgomery County later dropped out of the case, and the transportation department was added as a defendant. As soon as the new limit is posted in Fort Bend and Brazoria counties, the issue could be propelled back into court, a lawyer for the counties said Friday. Fort Bend and Brazoria's case is pending in state district court in Austin, and Morse said he also has sought a review by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, in case a future state court decision in favor of his clients is challenged by the Environmental Protection Agency on grounds that the issue is a federal matter. As an incentive for carpooling, vanpooling and riding the bus, the new limit will not apply to the area's network of High Occupancy Vehicle lanes, said Julie Gilbert, vice president of the Metropolitan Transit Authority. NHTSA says older drivers are the most dangerous drivers - then demands driving restrictions for rookiesCNN News, Sept 4, 2001 - Older drivers have a higher death rate than their younger counterparts because they are more likely to die from automobile crash injuries. Insurance Institute for Highway Safety researchers came to that conclusion in a report that says that people over age 65 have a higher death rate per capita than any other group. "It's important to make travel safer for the seniors themselves, who are more frail and whose abilities may be reduced," said chief scientist Allan Williams. The IIHS report estimates there will be about 70 million drivers over the age of 65 by the year 2030. As the population ages, the institute says it may be a time for changes on the roadways. That may mean simple changes such as making intersections four-way stops, increasing round roundabouts in neighborhoods, changing signal timing to a short all-red phase, and increasing walk signals. While seniors are willing to make changes in their driving habits, a bigger project will be to get manufacturers to take seniors into consideration when designing cars. John Eberhand, a study consultant, says manufacturers are going to have to think about car design for older drivers. Such changes include depowered airbags, changes in seatbelt design, adjustable pedals, and seat and steering wheel adjustment improvements. The Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) programs include nighttime driving restrictions, passenger restrictions and incentives for staying crash-free and conviction-free. "We want the strongest laws possible," said AAA spokeswoman Susan Pikrallidas. "That is why AAA and its partners ask all states to examine their GDL measure and to make the necessary changes. Enacting GDL laws in all states is the centerpiece of AAA's national Licensed to Learn campaign, which began in 1997. To date, 44 states have some form of GDL law. BBC NEWS, LONDON, 7 Feb 2002 - There are 25 million CCTV cameras in operation worldwide, with 2.5 million in the UK. In Reading town centre alone, there are 327 CCTV cameras, a handful on the street, 140 in the shopping centre and 161 in the main carpark. And the chances of getting caught on camera are set to rise, particularly with the use of digital CCTV. "Analogue only records about 5% of what is going on, whereas digital systems can record everything and there is no deterioration in the quality," explains Oliver Vellacott, the head of IndigoVison, makers of surveillance systems. Digital cameras can also be networked together, something not possible with analogue because the signal has to be sent along a dedicated line and can travel no further than about 170 kilometres (100 miles). The vision of cameras watching your every move is close to becoming a reality, with analysts predicting a tenfold increase in CCTV in the UK in the next five years.
